THE ART OF HOSTING SPIRITED DIALOGUE:
Inviting Diverse Perspectives in Complex Times
Whitehorse, Yukon
October 29-31, 2019
There is so much we need to talk about. How do we work together respectfully, creatively and effectively as we engage the many complex challenges we face? How do we reconcile our history, climate change, the stewardship of our land and resources, the management of our waste, the health of our communities, families and workplaces?
These issues are complex and divisive at times. There are no easy answers. We need a diversity of perspectives and voices and we need to learn to work together with respect for our differences. How do we dive into these challenging conversations together to increase our awareness and understanding, find new connections, build relationships and collaboratively come up with innovative solutions?
If you’d like to hone your skills for leading and participating in meaningful and impactful conversations, the Art of Hosting Spirited Dialogue (also called the Art of Hosting and Participatory Leadership) provides a unique, experiential training opportunity and chance to connect in new ways, strengthen relationships and ensure that every voice is heard.
